REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item to us within 5 days upon receiving your package. You can return for store credit, or an exchange. Product must be in good condition for resale to be able to return. No returns for custom orders. Please contact us at createdforgracestore@gmail.com with your refund request within 2 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the products are packaged with care so nothing is damaged in the mail. Once we receive the product in the mail, and have made sure its resalable we will send you your store credit or set up your exchange.

Shipping costs on returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility. You will be sent an invoice for the shipping fee and once the invoice is paid we will send you a return label to print.

You will have 24 hours to make a cancellation on your order. No refunds or exchanges on custom orders or pre-orders!

BROKEN PRODUCTS
You will have 5 days once you receive your item in the mail to be able to exchange broken products for a new product. You must email me a picture of the broken item with your order number to createdforgracestore@gmail.com within the 5 day period. After 5 days we are no longer responsible for broken products.
